There’s a huge urban park in Rosario, Argentina (Parque Independencia) that acts as a gathering place to families on warm-weathered weekends. People rent paddle boats, buy toasted nuts from street vendors, and pet the llamas. I swear he looked at me, cocked his head, and smiled.
